There are parts of us that don’t speak loudly—grief tucked behind smiles, old stories written in the body, emotions we’ve learned to carry instead of release. Shadowlight Reiki is a sacred space to meet those parts with compassion, not fear. This deeply intuitive session blends traditional Reiki with gentle energetic support for the emotional and subconscious layers. Using soft touch (or hover), breath, and subtle guidance, we call in the light—not to banish the dark, but to illuminate what’s ready to shift. Whether you’re moving through grief, spiritual fatigue, inner child work, or simply feel like “something’s heavy,” this session helps release emotional residue and restore calm to the nervous system. Each Shadowlight Reiki session begins with the option of a gentle emotional check-in or reflective prompts for those who wish to explore what’s currently stirring beneath the surface. The Reiki energy is directed intuitively, with special attention to the heart, solar plexus, root, and third eye—centres often affected by emotional strain, uncertainty, and the weight of unspoken stories. As the session comes to a close, clients are guided through grounding techniques and gentle breathwork to bring them fully back into their bodies. For those open to it, a simple oracle message or ritual suggestion may be offered as a parting gift—something small and meaningful to carry forward from the healing space. Shadowlight Reiki is especially supportive for those navigating shadow work, emotional integration, grief, burnout, or spiritual fatigue. It is ideal for anyone who needs to feel held, seen, and energetically supported—without needing to speak every word aloud.
Cancellation Policy
Empowered Souls Booking Policy & Terms of Service Welcome, beautiful soul. Before booking your session, please take a moment to read through our sacred terms to ensure your experience is clear, grounded, and respectful of both our energies. ✧ Booking & Payment All sessions will be confirmed through our online system. Full payment is preferred at time of booking. Promo codes or gift cards must be entered at the time of booking/checkout. ✧ Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full. ✧ Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to honor those booked after you. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be marked as a no-show. ✧ Refund Policy All services are non-refundable. If you’re unsatisfied, please contact us—your experience matters deeply, and we’re happy to discuss it. ✧ Age & Ethics You must be 18+ to book most services unless otherwise noted.
