Empowered Souls – FAQ

Empowered Souls is based in Saskatoon, SK. and located within Sun and Moon Collective on Dutchess St., just outside of the downtown core. Most services are offered in-person at our private healing and learning space. Select services, such as consultations, some readings and coaching sessions, are also available virtually. Email only sessions (e.g., intuitive guidance plans) are clearly marked on the booking form.

Many clients begin with an intuitive reading, a Basic Bitchcraft class, or a single Wanderers Wisdom session. These options provide a strong foundation for self-awareness and personal growth without requiring prior experience or spiritual background.

You can book all services through the Book Now page. Each service—whether it's a reading, energy session, class, or private event—has its own request form. Once submitted, you’ll receive a conformation via your e-mail and if required for reiki/energy work, an intake form to fill out within 24 hours of booking.

Expect a warm welcome and a non-judgmental space where you can fully relax and explore your path. Each session begins with a brief check-in and grounding exercise to help you feel centered and comfortable. Offerings of tea, coffee or bottled water are available to help you stay grounded and hydrated during your session. From there, the experience will flow based on the service booked—whether it’s a healing, reading, or coaching session. You will also receive insights, take-home reflections, and follow-up suggestions via email post session where appropriate.

Empowered Souls offers three core energy experiences: Still Waters Reiki (30 min) – calming, restorative Reiki to settle the nervous system and clear subtle blocks Shadowlight Reiki (30 min) – deeper emotional work, ideal for grief, burnout, or periods of transition Elemental Alchemy Healing (60 min) – combines sound therapy, aromatherapy, Reiki, and elemental magic for full-spectrum healing Each session is customized to your energy field, intentions, and what Spirit brings forward.

Arriving in non-restrictive clothing and well-hydrated will help make your session more comfortable. If this is your first session, we’ll spend a few extra minutes discussing your needs and answering any questions. You’re welcome to bring a journal if you’d like to note anything after the session.

You'll begin by setting a clear intention for your session. We then move into the energy work, where you may rest on a healing table with blankets and optional essential oils or crystals. I work intuitively with your energy centers using Reiki, elemental energy, breathwork, and guided sound. Clients often report feeling lighter, more emotionally balanced, and deeply relaxed afterward. Other benefits may vary depending on the service.

I primarily offer Tarot & Oracle readings, Palmistry, and Tea Leaf Readings. All readings are guided by intuition and Spirit and are designed to offer insight, confirmation, and gentle redirection. Sessions are tailored to your specific questions, challenges, or curiosity, and on occasion may include other modalities in order to best answer your query.

My approach blends karmic, past-life, and Draconic astrology to explore not just who you are, but where your soul has been and what karma and patterns you’re here to break. Sessions include clear interpretation of your natal chart and karmic positions, with practical insights for moving forward.

After a brief conversation to identify your focus, I’ll let the cards fly and interpret their messages in real time, weaving together storylines and guidance relevant to your situation. You’re welcome to ask questions throughout, and a summary or next steps are offered at the end of your session.

Readings range from 30–60 minutes depending on the service. In-person clients may take notes or record during the session. Photos of your card spreads are also welcome. Some virtual or email sessions include typed summaries or voice notes depending on the format. Please ask at the time of booking if you'd like to receive a session recap.

Wanderers Wisdom is a structured coaching program that blends teaching, healing, and mentorship. It’s ideal for spiritual seekers who want more than a single class—a full eight-week journey that explores intuition, shadow work, ancestral healing, energy alignment, and more. Remember, those who wander are not always lost. Sometime you just need someone to walk with.

Yes! Empowered Souls provides a range of in-person and online classes covering metaphysical practices, intuitive development, and energy work. Classes are offered as one-time workshops, short series, or full programs depending on the subject.

Yes. Unless otherwise noted, classes are open to all levels. Each session is taught with clarity, respect for diverse paths, and a strong focus on ethics and grounding. You'll leave feeling empowered and informed—never overwhelmed. And if you have a question or a catch up I am happy to take extra time before or after class to ensure you are not lost.

We host a range of public and private events, including seasonal sabbat rituals, moon gatherings, intuitive development circles, and themed workshops. We also run occasional mini-retreats, like Dance of the Sun Dragon, which combine movement, healing, and ceremony.

This 18+ guided experience offers a cathartic blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and energetic reset. Designed to release frustration and emotional heaviness, it’s perfect for those needing a quick but powerful energetic reboot—with a bold, no-nonsense tone and the potential for a lot of profanity!
