This isn’t your average meditation class! This is for the souls who’ve been carrying too much for too long…the ones who are tired of spiritual bypassing, fake zen, and pretending everything’s fine. The F*ck It Frequency is a bold, unapologetic meditation series where healing meets rebellion. Through guided breathwork, gentle movement, profanity-laced affirmations, and energy-clearing rituals—you’ll learn how to let that sh*t go and actually feel good doing it. Whether you’re uncoiling old wounds, telling your inner critic to shut it, or calling in your highest, most powerful self—this space is for you. Each meditation evening may include: -Qi Gong-style grounding movements -Deep breathwork + nervous system resets -Witchy AF mantras that actually land -Visualizations to help you unstick the heavy stuff And yes...plenty of sacred swearing!!! No previous meditation experience needed. Just bring your whole messy, magical self. Come as you are. Leave lighter, louder, and fully in your f*cking power. Before booking your session, please take a moment to read through our sacred terms to ensure your experience is clear, grounded, and respectful of both our energies. ✧ Booking & Payment All sessions will be confirmed through our online system. Full payment is preferred at time of booking. Promo codes or gift cards must be entered at the time of booking/checkout. ✧ Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full. ✧ Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to honor those booked after you. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be marked as a no-show. ✧ Refund Policy All services are non-refundable. If you’re unsatisfied, please contact us—your experience matters deeply, and we’re happy to discuss it. ✧ Age & Ethics You must be 18+ to book most services unless otherwise noted.
