With weather you want to enjoy and what seems like too little time in your day, why not consider a relaxing evening of distance reiki and personalized meditation from the comfort of your own space. No travel after, just complete relaxation and soul healing right before you climb into bed for that perfect night's sleep. This is a 1 hour session combining distance reiki/energy healing and your own personal meditation which guides our reiki session. What is Reiki? Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing and movement of universal energy, to help restore the flow and remove energy blocks; in a similar way to how a massage relaxes muscle tissue and improves circulation. RoHE Reiki (Realms of Heaven & Earth) combines traditional Usui Reiki methods, with modern principles that have been developed to work with a greater variety of deities that resonate with everyone. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Message with any questions.
