Service Description

Have you ever wanted to take on coaching/mentorship, but not sure where to start? My coaching sessions are designed to give you a safe space to unload from the day or week, in a non-judgmental environment. Here we can introduce tools to help you grow and thrive, and make the changes you need, And... we can dig deep, acknowledging that from the past which is holding you back from you best future self. You will receive the tools and support to heal and grow in this world of new enlightenment. This is a whole self healing , including the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual levels of ones self. NOTE: This is NOT a counselling service, but coaching & mentorship. It is a place to talk openly and feel safe to explore your hearts and minds stresses. If at any time it is felt that you are in a mental health crisis, you will be referred to a counsellor to assist you. All sessions are 1 on 1 either in person (preferred) or by video chat (for Monday or Tuesday evenings via Zoom, select Shari Poitras - Zoom Call Only)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or re-bookings must be done at least 24 hours in advance in order to not incur any appointment related charges.
